welp, i keep forgetting to do these. its kind of REALLY annoying and it bums me out but here we go... weve been reading stories the whole time in english. we havent really starteeed anything special yet. ALSOO i had a cheer competition in indiana at WSF. and guess what? MATRIX IS GOING FOR WORLDSSSS 2011 BABBY ! ha anyways ya i dont like english anymore it used to be my favorite subject but umm....no. i dont think so. and about these blogs its annoying to have to do them everyweek ya its only one time but still !! we have other things to do than this. kay? i need to raise my grade in this class, big time! i used to have an A , but not anymore and i know forsureee im defff. not taking this class again next year haha forgettt about it. ughhh. well im gunna keep going cause i dont wanna get " little points taken off" bahahah. yaa.... today we had a 2 hour delay but i didnt go to schoool cause we stayed an extra night in indy because of the snow. so i just got back today and DIDNT have to go to school. well this weekend is CHRISTMASS BREAK babbby ohh yeah. cant wait. i wanna get through this weekend A.S.A.P. well im going now cause im pretty bored and tired of writing about nothing k? cya..

2 days of schoool. (thanksgiving break)

Last week we had 2 days of school, In english we had to prepare and jot down ideas for the 3 stories we read in class. Then we had to post a blog on here about it. It was hard i must admit. Thanksgiving was probably the best one yet. So much stuff happened over the weekend. Like my aunt had her baby on thanksgiving day and shes gorgeousss. her names addison, she was born at marion general. Also i had cheerleading on sat. from 12-7 which was fun because at the end we had a big dinner made for us:))) and on friday me and my mom went black friday shopping we bought stuff mostly for the baby and got christmas gifts for friends and family. the lines were suuuuper long. haha. then on sunday i had cheer all day, and im so sore now. we have a competition in 2 weeks in indiana & im leaving on friday so i wont be at school because we will be driving up there. we put up our christmas tree also on sunday when i got home from practice at 9:00... lol. and watched christmas movies. it was great. the only thing that was kinda annoying is hearing christmas music everytime we drive somewhere she turns it on. haha well yepp thats it... couldnt have asked for a better break than this one.

3 paragraph thingy .. lol

1. NIGHTJOHN
This story is about slaves who are looking for things bigger than what they have. Slaves were very popular in this time. Sarny was the little slave girl who couldn't identify a penny. Not very many people were wealthy in this time. Mammy was the one who would always pray. Sometimes she would pray about freedom to be head in the kettle. She doesn't like talking about her feelings out loud because she doesn't want anyone to hear her. NightJohn was the one who taught Sarny letters. He would teach people letters in exchange for tobacco. He taught her the first letter... letter A. Then later Alice comes into the story. Alice was also a slave who got beaten and whipped. And she also got attacked by dogs. So she has marks on her back and pretty beat up. After all that mammy tells NightJohn she doesn't want him teaching Sarny letters anymore. Mammy thinks its a bad idea. NightJohn thinks its a good idea to teach slaves to read and write so they can be educated a little and so they will be able to tell their stories. Sarny and NightJohn continues with the letters.

2."MASCOT"
This story is about Malcom x is a teenager who tried to become a boxer. He lost to this guy named bill Peterson, he was white and Malcolm lost to him twice. Later on he got sent to reform school. He wrote Ella to come visit Boston and stay. Ella his half sister comes to visit Boston. Ella also arranged full custody of Malcolm. The person who had a big impact in his life was his English teacher Mr. Ostrowski. This teacher discouraged him to become a lawyer because and that he should do carpentry. This made him look at things differently. Towards the end of the story Malcolm moves in with Ella in Boston.

3. Compare&Contrast great debaters& 2 other stories
Compare- All 3 stories have a goal they are trying to reach like in NightJohn hes learning how to read and write. In Mascot hes trying to reach Boston. And in the Great Debaters they are trying to compete with Harvard in debates. Also they all have racism going on. Like they all deal with like freedom,blacks or rights. Blacks are all treated poorly by whites.



Contrast- the Great Debaters and NightJohn, NightJohn the slaves got whipped and beaten. In Great Debaters they got lynched.  In the Great debaters and mascot. Mascot he was trying to reach Boston and in Great Debaters they tryed reaching Harvard.

cheer competition/english (haha)

This weekend i had a cheer competition we got 1STTT! ha were top 5th gym in the world. yaaa matrix:))) anyways. I loveeee how my grade went down when i thought ive been doing well in this class. GUESS NOT HUH?! .... but ya i liked the movie to kill a mocking bird waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better than the book. haa. books are too boring expecially that one. and kelsey i didnt like ur comment that you posted on my bloggg post young lady! now werre reading 12 angry men and i like it. i like how we have people act it out. its less boring that way. hah only if im, the one who doesnt have to read. (im a better listener). i just spilled juice on my couch and on my WHITE skinny jeans. ughhh.. bad luck. hahaha well also today in gym class me and hannah we call eachother namesss bahhaa like balloon face, constipated rabbit, big boneded, etc. it wasss hilarious the sub thought we were mental ha idk why?!:))) oh and mr. p i dont like sitting in the front so dont do it again k? thannnnks! welp imma wrap this up cause my laptops about to die I LOVEEEEEEEEEEE ENGLISHHHH! okay so here we goooo...
 Monday- i wasnt here HA! and you were nahh haha jk well i didnt go to english i was "sick" lol no but i really was and i didnt read ! ahhhhh it sucks but oh well. i still need to get caught up on reading that darn book.i dont like being behind on things. its awfulllll!
Tuesday- i was here BOOOO! we took a freaking test which i was NOT ready for because i DID read but i forgot it, so it was bad i was seriously about to cry i did so bad. it wasnt even fair. to kill a mocking bird isnt all that great maybe its just cause i dont like reading? but who cares. i have no choice but to read it. its sad:/ ughhhh!.
Wednesday- our LAST day of the schoool weeek was prolly the most boring EVER.  i had to take that plan test it was awfullll. so i didnt get the late arrival. ha ya my life sucks anyway. Then we get to english then i had to listen to mr. potter read and omgggg. no offense but i just cant take it anymore. its so boring when people just sit down and read for the whole period. you should start walking around or do SOMETHING entertaining.!!!!!!
so today (Thursday at 11:35) i decided to post this blog because 1. i had to 2. kelsey reminded me and 3. im startinggg to like the different colors! ha its funnn. welp. thats the end. thank god. well BYEEEE<3

Okay, well. our research project were due today. I dont think i did so hot but honestly im just tired of school in general, haha. In that same exact day i had 2 essays from different classes a research paper 3 tests and another project!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! omg. im so annoyed like its crazy! I just want it all to go awaaaaaay. &&& im not sure if i got points for a response &blog last week cause i always FORGET cause i have better stuff to do. (just sayinnn) i cant remember to do this eveeeery week. oh and can i turn my myresearch paper into turnitin.com late? and can i get points? I mean you HAVE to give us a break with all this. & to kill a mocking bird oh my goshhhhhhhh mr. potter im going to screamm. why would we have a test over 5 pages thaat we just read the day before? huh? im gunna fail. ughhhh! hmm well i need to hurry this up cause my laptops about to die. okay well heres the story english is actually my best subject so farrr. i dont like it at all but truth is truth haha. we all have to take it so might as well suck it up right? ya well can we get a break on projects for a while please? this is the only class that stresses me out alot! idk why but it just does okay well i have 3 minutes before my laptop dies. so immma goo. byeeE:)

TITLE- research project - ohhhhmyyygoshhh!
so here it goes.... every day we have been going
to the library to work on this research project.
i was all caught up & doing really really goood
untillll i found out i was accidently doing it on 2
people. essentially i was supposed to do susan smith
the girl who drownded her kids in a lake, but NOOOOO
i found out i had seprate facts and that i was doing susan smith
and andrea yates. ya btw. she drownded her kids in the bathtub. ughhh
stupid people. anywayyyys:) so i had to pick which one i wanted to research.
So i picked andrea yates only because it was recently on the news &&& it seemed
most shocking. yeah that was a FAILLL! because i had to do all my sources and notecards over... annoyinggg. grrr. but stuff happens thats just the way the cookie crumbles hahaha. idk if that made
any sense. okay well im on blogger.com at 7:51 at night yay? i was kind of bored so i choose this haa nicee huh??!! :) welll i just want this too be over but i actually dont mind this project. i have all my points so far yaaaaaaaaay! english isnt that bad. All 55 note cards are supposed to be due tomorrow & i havent done them but ill do them after thiss.! kk? ha. okay hopefully this is long enough because i have nothing else to say! byeeeeeee!

TERRIBLE NEWSSSS.! you musttt read thisss.!

So heres the problem i spent 3 FLIPPPIN hours on my essay. & it was perfect well guess what?! i got home and my english folder was on the table. my sister comes running to me saying "bailey i spilled water on your green folder" i was about to SCREAM attt her but i decided not to... ughhhh. The good news :) is that i did save my work so my life is complete hahaa! im super happy. mr. potter i did it. i fought throughhhh the disapointment ha. this willlllllllll be turned in tomorrow ! just wanted to share my storyyy! okay thanks for reading:) byeeee!

2nd blogg post !!!!!!!!

So we have been working on these essays for a little while. which they arent that bad. thats not the worst part.... we have a 250 POINT RESEARCH PAPER!!!!!!!! :( the only thing i like about it is that were getting it over with. I dont like papers they are annoying and fustrating. booooo!!!!!!!! so yeah i justt got done typing AND printing my final copy of the essay. if this wasnt required TRUST ME i would not be doing it but i have to haha. This blogging thing is fun though. look im changing colorsssss... very fun okaay back to buisness. So mr. potter if your reading this next week me and kelskels need to sit together. Changing subjectsss, im really super nervous for this research paper:/ its alot of points and i need to do really good in this classs. Last year was really good so im hoping this year will be the same. tomorrow i think we will start on our research papers ( AHHHH!!!!!!) so yeah, i kinda wanna start it only because i dont wanna do bad on it cause then i would get of to a badstart of sophmore year. HAHA yeah... thats not happening. absolutely not.! Okay well im going to go now i hope this blog is long enough :) okayyy bye !!!!!!!!!

englishhh 10 firsttt blog of the year ( hold for the applause)

I have a feeling English will go good this year.
We read this story in class it was very interesting.
Our teacher Mr. Potter thought so too! Do you wanna know why?
Well here it goes... we had to write a poem about this story.
It was actually kind of fun, but then we had to draw a picture of the character.
YIKES! So as i was drawing my picture i thought to my self "hey its not THAT bad."
Turns out i was flat out wrong haha.
well you know what they say "A for effort."
So yeah, that's all. keep checking my blog please:)
